Promoting Indian Classical Dance, Music and Culture Amongst Youth

In order to inculcate the various art forms and culture of India among the upcoming young generation , our school tied up with Spic Maccay which is a non-political nationwide voluntary movement that organises programmes of classical music and dance, folk arts, crafts, yoga, classic cinema screenings, heritage walks, etc. campuses throughout the world to make students more aware about Indian and world heritage.

The first programme was presented today, 10/08/2016 by Aarthi  Shankar , the renowned kathak artist who is a disciple of Pandit Rajendra Gangani ,the great Kathak dancer .She has not only explained about the art but also made an understanding among children about the various Kathak mudras. Moreover, the Spic Maccay lends opportunities for the students to undergo training under eminent personalities.
